<p><b><i>Are you detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? </i></b><b>Come join us as an Automotive Parts Returns Processor at Summit Racing Equipment – The World's Speed Shop®!</b></p><p></p><p>If you thrive in the automotive sector and are excited about contributing to a vital aspect of our operations, we encourage you to apply and help us enhance our returns processing workflow. </p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities will include:</b></p><ul><li>Hands-on, technical evaluation of returned merchandise – <b><u>automotive expertise required</u></b>. </li><li>Verifying product, quantity, and product/packaging condition for orders returned from customers. </li><li>Utilizing procedures to determine the disposition of the product. </li><li>Sorting returned products and arranging for warranty refunds or staging for resale.</li><li>Communicating effectively regarding the disposition of returned items to ensure accuracy of inventory, maximize production/efficiency, minimize errors, and ultimately increase customer service.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Requirements</b>:</p><ul><li>Must be at least 18 years of age.</li><li><u><b><span>One or more years’ experience in an automotive parts capacity (i.e. parts department, mechanic, etc.)</span></b></u></li><li>Have ability to speak, read and understand English, and have basic math comprehension.</li><li>Must be able to use technology (scanners, computers).</li><li>Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve required performance standards.</li><li>The position requires climbing stairs, bending, squatting, kneeling, twisting and lifting.
