Job Description

You and your team will be backed by an organisation that sees quality of resident lifestyle and care as top priority. The Village Operations Manager role is a key leadership role, which will see you responsible for: 

  • Operational performance to ensure the village runs smoothly every day 
  • All staffing and financial management 
  • Planning and implementation of annual business plans 
  • Fostering a high-quality customer experience that drives Summerset's reputation 
  • Ensuring effective risk management strategies are implemented and reviewed 

Qualifications

You will be an empathetic, confident person with a solid background in customer-facing environments.  As we will have a Residence and Clinical manager leading funded Aged Care and clinical across the village, you will focus on the business performance side of our operations and continue developing a fantastic community for our residents.  This could be a fascinating and rewarding career move into a growing industry with a secure future if you can bring: 

  • Strong interpersonal and exceptional people leadership skills 
  • The ability to build rapport with a wide variety of people 
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills to handle customer queries effectively 
  • Proven experience with management of profit centres or achievement of revenue targets
