Job Description

As the Property Manager at our St Johns village you will work full time from Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for a small team who look after the ongoing compliance and maintenance of all property, grounds and other Village assets.

Typical duties include:

  • Day to day site management including repairs and maintenance
  • Coordination of refurbishments, contractors and ongoing projects
  • Property and asset planning
  • Working with our residents to listen to their concerns and feedback and ensuring we are creating great environments with the highest of standards
  • Work in partnership with our onsite Construction team to ensure smooth handover of new buildings and facilities
  • Effective management and administration of regulatory matters, health and safety matters, our BMS, and regular reporting
  • Contribution to the wider village success as a member of the village leadership team

Qualifications

You will naturally take pride in maintaining and developing beautiful gardens and facilities and love to share your ideas and passion with your team.

You’ll bring with you:

  • A relevant trade or property management qualification and significant experience in a related area
  • A good understanding of complex building systems and regulatory compliance
  • Good computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft office and workflow tools
  • Proven success of leading teams to deliver great customer service
  • Great communication skills to aid you in building strong relationships across the residents and village teams.
