Executive Assistant: reports to the Chief Executive, Chief Operating Officer and wider executive team.
Location: Brightspace, Ipswich with blended home working.

About the role
Community Action Suffolk is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and mission-driven 37.5 hours per week (EA) to provide comprehensive high-level support to our CEO and COO and the wider Executive Team.
In addition to core executive support, a major component of this role involves leading the project management of our flagship Suffolk Community Awards event with partners, a high-profile evening that celebrates the Suffolk VCFSE sector and our communities.
You will have a passion for the VCFSE sector in Suffolk and the desire to be part of a high performing team supporting organisations and community groups. You will be an excellent communicator at all levels, able to converse with a diverse range of groups and highly organised in your approach. You will need to be driven, pro-active, flexible and resourceful, and capable of working to strict deadlines offering support to both Executive Team and the Board of Trustees.
You will have experience of providing a secretarial role at senior level, multi-tasking across a broad range of stakeholders, coordinating busy calendars and supporting senior executives to work efficiently. You will also have experience of administrating, planning and delivering events, liaising with suppliers, venues and partners.
