As a Recruiter, you’ll play a pivotal role in our organization’s growth. Your ability to think creatively to identify, attract, and close top talent, paired with your expertise and drive for creating an efficient and highly personalized candidate experience, will impact our community for years to come.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full cycle recruiting across a variety of functions and teams, including Operations, Assessment, Case Management, and College Preparation


• Juggle a variety of roles at once. At any given time, you will be managing the pipelines for and working on filling two or more open roles across the team


• Assist with developing job posts, hiring plans, and rubrics. You'll work with the hiring manager to create job descriptions, screening rubrics, and drive the hiring process forward


• Emphasize innovation. You'll look for proven traditional and creative methods to introduce new perspectives to the team


• Partnering with hiring managers on needs and priorities to implement best-in-class talent acquisition strategies and goals that are trackable, accountable, and efficient

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience working in recruiting, preferably in-house experience


• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and stakeholder relationships


• Strong consulting, communication, and partnership skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment


• A deep understanding of metrics and recruiting KPIs, with the ability to draw insights and build trackable strategies based on data


• Strong negotiation skills


• Excellent communication skills, inclusive of written, presentation, and verbal communication
