as a point of contact for candidates, addressing inquiries and providing a positive candidate experience.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>ATS Management</strong>:&nbsp;Utilize and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate progress, update candidate statuses, and generate reports as needed.&nbsp;Ensure data accuracy in the ATS and assist in improving system efficiency.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Onboarding Support</strong>:&nbsp;Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and coordinating orientation schedules.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Process Improvement</strong>:&nbsp;Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the recruitment and onboarding processes.&nbsp;Implement best other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities.&nbsp;Collaborate with the broader HR team to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach to talent acquisition.&nbsp;</li>
