<p><span data-contrast="none">We are seeking a talented data engineers to join StubHub’s Data Engineering team and work specifically with our Financial Tech teams</span><span data-contrast="none">. In this role you will be responsible for designing and building the underlying systems and pipelines for </span><span data-contrast="none">centralizing StubHub’s internal plus third-party data for all things finance and accounting</span><span data-contrast="none">. Our team's goal is to empower organizations across the company to transform data for analysis and reporting, new product development, experimentation, and machine learning. This includes creating foundational data models and data pipelines, building shared tooling to interface with high-quality, trustworthy data assets</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="none">As a <strong>Data Engineer II</strong>, you will build core data models and pipelines that facilitate our organization’s growth. You will also play a key role in defining the culture and expectations of what great data engineering looks like. We are looking for the right person that is passionate about the power of data in informing business decisions that aid the hypergrowth happening at StubHub.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="none">Build and deploy core cross-functional data models</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Manage individual initiatives—setting priorities, deadlines, and deliverables based on your technical expertise</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>

<p><strong>What You've Done</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="none">3+ years of relevant data engineering experience in fast paced environments</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Very high SQL proficiency, with experience in both OLAP databases and transactional RDBMS systems and experience with one or more programming languages (Python, Java, etc.)</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Experience designing and developing large-scale, efficient batch and streaming data processing</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Ability to analyze and reason about large datasets to identify data quality issues and other contextual insights</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Passionate about working with non-technical stakeholders to understand, anticipate, and deliver on their data needs.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Experiencing working with an orchestrator tool like Airflow or Dagster along with data transformation frameworks like dbt or SQLMesh.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li>A <strong>plus </strong>if you have experience with:
