We are looking for a GTM Lead with 2 - 5 years of go-to-market experience to scale our early traction into a repeatable growth engine. The ideal candidate will have early-stage B2B SaaS experience, a mix of analytical and scrappy instincts, and a chip on their shoulder from a startup that maybe didn't make it but whose GTM they’d bet on again. This is a high-autonomy, high-upside role with early equity and the opportunity to grow into Head of GTM as we scale. What you'll do: Draft and analyze outbound campaigns. Develop and execute content strategy for social media and email. Organize and manage events, dinners, trips, and conferences. Build and refine analytics to measure and improve conversion from first touch through pilot close. Experiment across various channels to optimize top-of-funnel activities.
