Role purpose
The HR Officer will serve as the on-site representative of our management consulting firm at our client’s facility in Ilushin, Ogun state. The role exists solely to execute, monitor and institutionalize our firm’s HR, Organizational development and performance improvement Programs within the client Organization.
The role does not replace, duplicate, or report into the client’s Ilushin’s internal HR function. Instead, it acts as the execution arm of our consulting engagement, ensuring that all approved people, culture, structure, and performance initiatives designed by our firm are implemented rigorously on the ground.
