About this role
OVERVIEW
Streamline Defense is seeking an exceptionally qualified candidate to serve as an Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) / Publicly Available Information (PAI) Targeting Analyst at the Senior level.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support and engage in the target development process in both CONUS and deployed environments in support of intelligence collection, CT, and/or counter proliferation
- Conduct advanced collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination (PED), reporting, and targeting using publicly available and commercially available data sources
- Enable the F3EAD targeting cycle driving intelligence collection support to target development and production
REQUIREMENTS
- Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies with four (4) years at the operational level
- Minimum of two (2) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation, analysis, and reporting (prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations preferred; experience with traditional/legacy OSINT duties such as reviewing, translating, and/or reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAI, social media, or news sources will not be considered equivalent experience)
- Strong proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories
- Strong proficiency in the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology
- Understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy
- Strong written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications
- Demonstrated experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Lieutenant Colonel (O-5) / GS-14 level or higher
