Senior Salesforce Administrator (Field Service Focus)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to take ownership of our Salesforce platform, including the implementation and ongoing management of Salesforce Field Service.
This is a hands-on, senior role for someone who enjoys working closely with sales, service, operations, and field teams to deliver scalable, well-governed Salesforce solutions that support real-world business needs.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and administer the Salesforce platform, including users, security, configuration, and automation
- Lead the implementation and ongoing optimisation of Salesforce Field Service
- Configure and manage field service workflows including work orders, scheduling, dispatch, and mobile workforce enablement
- Translate business and operational requirements into effective Salesforce solutions
- Maintain data integrity, reporting, and dashboards for sales and field operations
- Support integrations with other business systems
- Provide advanced Salesforce support, training, and best practice guidance
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a senior or lead role
- Proven experience implementing and supporting Salesforce Field Service (FSM / FSL)
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, automation, and reporting
- Experience supporting mobile or field-based teams
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
Desirable
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201 or equivalent)
- Salesforce Field Service certification or accreditation
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience in service-based, engineering, or project-driven environments
