About the Role

We aren’t looking for a "caretaker." We are looking for a high-activity, results-driven Business Development Manager whose primary mission is to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.

In this role, you will be the "tip of the spear." You will be responsible for breaking into new accounts, unseating competitors, and introducing Stream Tech’s suite of solutions to the C-suite of Port Moresby’s leading organizations. If you thrive on the thrill of the chase and the satisfaction of closing a complex deal, this is your role.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively source and qualify new business through structured outbound activity, networking, and market intelligence
  • Market Penetration: Execute a territory plan focused on greenfield opportunities and competitor displacement
  • Solution Selling: Diagnose customer challenges and present tailored ICT solutions across infrastructure, cloud, systems, and managed services
  • Pipeline Ownership: Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from first engagement through to closed-won
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage and influence C-suite and senior management to progress complex deals
  • Competitive Positioning: Understand competitor strategies and position Stream Tech as the preferred partner
  • Commercial Negotiation: Lead pricing, contract, and commercial negotiations to achieve win-win outcomes
