POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer III, a senior-level design role that serves as a creative leader within the local marketing team. This position is ideal for a highly skilled designer with deep experience in print and digital marketing, brand development, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll help refine strategy, elevate deliverables, and ensure that our creative output supports both client goals and Stream’s brand. 

You will report to the local Creative Manager and collaborate closely with senior brokers and business leaders.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the creative execution of large, complex marketing projects—including pursuits, campaigns, and presentations—working directly with leadership and brokers.
• Design high-impact marketing materials, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and brand voice.
• Mentor junior and mid-level designers, reviewing work and providing coaching and feedback.
• Translate abstract ideas into compelling visual narratives for use in client proposals, digital media, and strategic campaigns.
• Develop and maintain a suite of templates, toolkits, and systems that drive quality and efficiency.
• Support market-specific brand initiatives and collaborate with national creative teams on special projects.
• Evaluate creative project scopes, provide time estimates, and contribute to planning and workflow efficiencies.
• Serve as a trusted creative advisor for brokers and market leaders.
• Be proactive in approach to team workloads, processes and efficiencies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.
• 5–8 years of professional design experience in a high-volume, client-driven environment.
• Proven track record producing premium-level work for sophisticated audiences.
• Strong portfolio that shows design versatility, leadership, and strategic thinking.
• Experience working in commercial real estate or a related field is highly preferred.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); working knowledge of motion graphics, web, and digital media tools is a plus.
• Strong conceptual thinker and visual storyteller.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and execute high-stakes projects with executive visibility.
• Ability to synthesize market data, property characteristics, and business objectives into strong visual outcomes.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience training or mentoring creative team members.
• Familiarity with project management platforms and collaborative workflows.
