Objectives / tasks / responsibilities / authority:

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter, ansvar & befogenheter:

· Member of the Management Team of Biora.

· Overall responsibility for the supply chain and production operations of all Biora products

· Drive Safety, development, and team building initiatives within supply chain and production team members

· Build a continuous improvement and customer focused mindset within the team

· Ensure compliance with Straumann policies, ISO, GMP, Environmental Health and Safety, and other corporate standards.

· Coordinate local implementation of corporate initiatives, policies, and proce-dures.

· Coordinating with global teams to optimize supply chain and reduce costs

Responsible for:

· Site demand planning

· Inventory management

· Site procurement and supplier/contractor relations including negotiations and complaint handling

· Shipping and Receiving including import/export logistics

· SAP power user competence (PP and MM modules) including master data creation, extension, and maintenance

· Production planning

· Personnel and work environment within production

· Ensuring personnel has appropriate qualifications and competence to per-form their tasks

· Production and Supply Chain KPIs, SOPs, and their adherence

Education / professional experience / qualification / competencies:

Utbildning / yrkeserfarenhet / kvalifikationer / kompetenskrav:

· Bachelor’s degree in Production, Industrial, or Logistics Engineering (or equiva-lent experience).

· Strong competence in SAP (PP, MM, SD) and understanding of SAP Fi-nance/Controlling integration.

· Minimum 5 years of leadership experience preferably in med-tech or pharma-ceutical environment

· Fluent in English and Swedish (spoken and written).
