JOB TITLE: Lead Generation Executive
DEPARTMENT: Business Development
ROLE OVERVIEW:
The LeadGen/Data Resource is responsible for extracting data from multiple sources, refining and validating it for accuracy, managing databases, removing duplicates, and creating clean master data sheets. The role also requires hands-on proficiency in Excel and a strong grip on campaign management using Salesforce or other outreach platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Extract and aggregate data from multiple internal and external data sources
- Clean, refine, and standardize data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Validate email addresses and contact details to maintain data quality
- Identify and remove duplicate records across databases
- Create, maintain, and manage master data sheets using Excel
- Manage and update databases in an organized and scalable manner
- Support and execute lead generation and outreach campaigns
- Manage campaigns using Salesforce or other CRM/outreach platforms
- Ensure proper data mapping, segmentation, and readiness for campaigns
- Maintain domain health by periodically updating and monitoring domain settings
- Continuously monitor and improve data quality and campaign performance
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in lead generation, data management, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience extracting data from multiple data sources
- Strong expertise in data cleaning, validation, and de-duplication
- Practical, working knowledge of Excel (formulas, filters, pivot tables, data validation)
- Experience managing databases and creating master data sheets
- Familiarity with email validation tools and best practices
- Experience with campaign management using Salesforce or other CRM/outreach platforms
- Understanding of domain health, email deliverability, and periodic domain setting updates (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently
