About Strada
Strada is reimagining how people interact with insurance companies, one conversation at a time. We build voice and text-based AI agents that turn clunky, frustrating experiences into fast, helpful, and human-like conversations. Our agents talk to thousands of real customers every day: helping them get quotes, update their policy, file claims, and solve problems without waiting on hold. Behind the scenes, we're combining LLMs with insurance-specific data to deliver real outcomes. We're already live with major carriers, MGAs, and brokerages, and scaling extremely fast. The impact is tangible: shorter call times, happier customers, and thousands of hours freed up for human teams to focus on what matters most.
