ROLE : Senior Technical Consultant
RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP Consultant with extensive experience in Webservices, FIORI, SAP HCM and SAP ECP. The role requires strong technical expertise in ABAP development, integrations, and cloud technologies, combined with functional knowledge of HR processes. The consultant will play a key role in solution design, development, and implementation for global clients.

REQUIREMENTS

• Develop reports (Classical, Interactive, ALV, Module Pool) and interfaces (File, BAPI, RFC, IDOC).
• Build ABAP Web Dynpro, workflows, OData web services, and HR forms (Adobe/Smart Forms).Support configuration and customization requirements in SAP HCM.
• Implement enhancements (BADIs, User Exits, Customer Exits, Enhancement Framework).
• Should have experience in SAP FIORI.
• Program in ABAP-HR with/without LDB, create business objects, and design HCM processes & forms..
• Collaborate with customers across USA, Middle East, UK, and Australia on HR technology transformation projects.
• Participate in full development lifecycle implementations and AMS support.
• Conduct solution design, performance tuning, and testing of RICEFW objects.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Proficiency in ABAP development, object-oriented programming, and HR-specific programming.
• Knowledge of HANA ABAP CDS Views, OData Web Services, AMDP, and RAP.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities.
• Willingness to learn and upskill in SAP CPI and other emerging SAP technologies.
• Experience in solution design, development, and performance optimization.
• Proven ability to work with global clients across diverse industries.

Education Qualification
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
