Adaptive Planning Principal Consultant

The Adaptive Planning Principal Consultant is a senior member of our team responsible for leading end to end implementation of Adaptive Planning from initial client consultation and design to final testing and deployment.
 

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expert knowledge of Adaptive Planning and Adaptive Pro certification.

  • Translating business requirements into functional designs of scalable, best practice models.

  • Configure and optimize models, reports, dashboards, and workflows to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting needs.

  • Provide guidance to clients regarding finance best practices to be incorporated in their model.

  • Contribute to project management and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Mentor and coach less experienced consultants, share best practices and provide expert guidance on Adaptive functionality.


The Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience

  • 4 or more years of hands-on in Workday Adaptive Planning.

  • Strong accounting/finance background

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Up to 15% travel

  • This role does not support sponsorship

  • Adaptive Planning certified required

Salary Pay Range

Minimum - Maximum:

$100,170.00 - $186,030.00
