About the role
You will lead the printing and framing departments, making sure we produce high quality products efficiently. This role is about combining strong operational leadership with continuous process improvement. You will ensure premium products are delivered on time and within budget, helping us craft customers' most treasured memories.
\n- Organize and guide production teams across printing, cutting, assembly, and final framing.
- Monitor daily operations, confirming product quality and reliable processes.
- Apply lean principles like 5S and KVP to drive process and productivity improvements.
- Manage resources efficiently. This includes people, machines, and materials.
- Ensure all work meets safety, environmental, and quality standards every day.
- Deliver high quality framed and printed products that meet customer expectations consistently.
- Mentor and motivate team members, helping them meet and exceed performance goals.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, challenging how things are done.
- Act as a visible leader, driving results and collaboration through a hands on approach.
- Help maintain and elevate the high standards we set for our production quality and ethics.
- Proven experience leading and developing teams in a production or industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of production flows, planning, and quality assurance.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies like lean principles.
- Completed technical or production apprenticeship.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- A working style that is structured, proactive, and focused on finding solutions.
- Strong German and basic English skills for daily team communication.
- A background or qualification in printing is a distinct advantage.
- Further qualification such as a master craftsman, technician, or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing setting focused on premium, high volume products.
