Thesis Intern

主要职责 Major role and responsibilities:

• 区域安全，遵守安全准则，规范佩戴PPE；

Safety in area, and follow safety guidelines, wear PPE properly;

• 遵守各项规章制度；

Be compliant with rules and regulations;

• 区域5S，在主管/论文指导员/岗位师傅指导下，参与区域的5S工作；

Responsible for area 5S with guidance from supervisor/thesis advisor/instructor;

• 服从部门及值班长的工作安排，任何行动都需取得主管/论文指导员/岗位师傅/当班值班长/区域工程师同意；没有现场区域岗位操作员陪同，不独自去现场并进入设备区域，禁止操作现场设备及相关控制电脑；

Follow the job arrangement and assignment from shift supervisor and the department. Get approval of the supervisor/thesis advisor/instructor /shift supervisor/area engineer before taking any action. Do not go to the production site nor enter the equipment area without accompany of the area operator(s). Do not operate the equipment on-site nor its controlling computer;

• 在主管/论文指导员/岗位师傅指导下，参与纸板机车间涂布、卷取、复卷机（包括纸卷芯处理和完成部损纸处理）、包装线（含再卷机）的日常工作，学习并提升独立操作能力；

With guidance from the supervisor/thesis advisor/instructor, participate Board Mill’s daily production and operation at coating, reel, winder(incl. core processing & broke handling), and wrapping(incl. rewinder), learn and improve independent operation capabilities;

• 在主管/论文指导员/岗位师傅指导下，确保设备的运行效率和产品的质量，减少能耗；

Ensure high efficiency of the machine, high quality of the product, and reduce energy consumption with guidance from the supervisor/thesis advisor/instructor;

• 在主管/论文指导员/岗位师傅指导下，参与所属区域的设备日常巡检及设备自主维护；

Participate the area’s daily inspection and Autonomous Maintenance(AM) with guidance from the supervisor/thesis advisor/instructor;

• 在主管/论文指导员/岗位师傅指导下，协助维修人员处理设备机械、电气和自动化方面的异常；

Provide assistance to maintenance team during equipment’s mechanical/electrical/automation maintenance or reparing with guidance from the supervisor/thesis advisor/instructor;

• 在主管/论文指导员/岗位师傅指导下，确保产品安全；

Ensure product safety with guidance from the supervisor/thesis advisor/instructor r;

• 及时向主管/论文指导员/岗位师傅、值班长汇报产品、设备遇到的问题和潜在风险；

Make timely reports to the supervisor/thesis advisor/instructor /shift supervisor on the observed problems and potential risks of product or machine;

• 在主管/论文指导员/岗位师傅指导下，当纸板机断纸和停机时，参与纸板机的工作；

Participate work assignments at board break or shut-down with guidance from the supervisor/thesis advisor/instructor;

• 完成主管/论文指导员/岗位师傅或值班长安排的其他工作。

Other works assigned the supervisor/thesis advisor/instructor /shift supervisor.

岗位要求 Job Requirements: 

• 学历及专业要求：本科四年级，制浆造纸、设备/机械/电气/仪表/自动化/控制等相关专业；

Education requirement: Senior University degree, major in pulp & paper, equipment, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, automation, controlling, etc.;

• 语言要求：普通话流利，会英语者优先；

Language requirements: Fluent in Mandarin, and English is an advantage;

• 愿意学习新知识、新技能；

Good willingness learn new knowledge and skills;

• 具备团队合作精神和必要的沟通能力；

Team player with good communication skills

• 具备较强的承受能力，能够处理复杂的事务，并且能够承担更大的责任。

Good stress tolerance, ability to deal with situations, willingness to take more responsibilities.

• 能够适应倒班工作。

Work in shifts.
