Maintenance Intern-2

主要职责 Major role and responsibilities:

• 区域安全，遵守安全准则，规范佩戴PPE；

Safety in area, and follow safety guidelines, wear PPE properly;

• 遵守各项规章制度；

Be compliant with rules and regulations;

• 区域5S，在辅导员/主管指导下，参与区域的5S工作；

Responsible for area 5S with guidance from mentor/supervisor;

• 服从部门及主管的工作安排，任何行动都需取得辅导员/主管同意；没有现场人员陪同，不独自去现场并进入设备区域，禁止操作现场设备及相关控制电脑；

Follow the job arrangement and assignment from supervisor and the department. Get approval of the mentor/supervisor before taking any action. Do not go to the production site nor enter the equipment area alone without accompany of maintenance employee. Do not operate the equipment on-site nor its controlling computer;

• 在辅导员/主管指导下，主要参与工厂的日常巡检和预防保养工作，设备的点检具有特定的标准，通过巡检活动，了解和熟悉设备的属性，同时了解设备运行的正常和异常的区别；

Participate daily inspections and preventive mainteannce with guidance from mentor/supervisor. Learn the specific standards of equipment’s inspection. Improve understanding on equipment’s properties and attributes in inspection activities, and know well on the difference between normal and abnormal equipment operation.

• 在辅导员指导下，知道如何对设备的异常进行检修作业，包括在线修复和下机修复，备件的周期性更换，从而确保设备运行的可靠性；

Learn how to repaire abnormal equipment with guidance from mentor/supervisor, including on-line and off-line repairing, periodic replacement of spare parts, in order to ensure the operational reliability of equipment.

• 在辅导员/主管指导下，当设备计划停机时，参与设备的检修工作；

Participate maintenance work assignments at planned shut-down with guidance from the mentor/supervisor;

• 能够完成备件需求的提报；

Be able to apply for spares parts requierment;

• 完成辅导员或主管安排的其他工作。

Other works assigned the mentor/supervisor.

岗位要求 Job Requirements: 

• 学历及专业要求: 大专二年级或本科三年级，机械/电气/仪表/自动化专业优先；

Education requirement: Junior College/Junior University degree, major in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, automation is an advantage;

• 语言要求：普通话流利，会英语者优先；

Language requirements: Fluent in Mandarin, and English is an advantage;

• 能够适应倒班工作；

Work in shifts;

• 具备团队合作精神和必要的沟通能力；

Team player with good communication skills

• 愿意学习新知识、新技能；

Good willingness learn new knowledge and skills;

• 具备较强的承受能力，能够处理复杂的事务，并且能够承担更大的责任。

Good stress tolerance, ability to deal with situations, willingness to take more responsibilities.
