If so, we’d love to hear from you!</p><p>Stonewater is looking for a <strong>Senior Support Worker</strong> to join our <strong>Supported Housing</strong> team, helping some of the most vulnerable members of our communities to build brighter futures.</p><p><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></p><ul><li><p>Leading and supporting a team of Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.</p></li><li><p>Managing a caseload of customers, helping them work towards independent living.</p></li><li><p>Coordinating referrals, assessments, and customer inductions.</p></li><li><p>Delivering focused support sessions on topics like budgeting, wellbeing, and employment skills.</p></li><li><p>Ensuring safeguarding practices are followed and risks are managed.</p></li><li><p>Working collaboratively with partner agencies to connect customers with additional support.</p></li></ul><hr><p><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience working with vulnerable people and managing caseloads.</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.</p></li><li><p>Strong partnership working skills with agencies such as mental health services and housing teams.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of housing and benefits advice.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and organisational skills.</p></li><li><p>A Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).</p></li><li><p>IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and housing management systems.</p></li></ul><p><a target="_blank" href="https://fluminis.sharepoint.com/:b:/s/StonewaterCareers/IQC-9gqTT4J6Rpg54J0l-dUbAS6iBAF7_WKrYYcjMfc1lsQ?e=2SVV4t">Job Description - Senior Support Worker</a></p><p>Appointment to this role will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check, satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.</p><hr><p><strong>Discover Stonewater:</strong></p><p>Stonewater is a leading housing provider.
