JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible of the quality for all raw and finished goods material delivered and shipped from the El Paso Distribution Center.  Responsible to support and coordinate quality activities between Juarez – ELP.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

· Supervision of shipment auditors (dock auditors).

· Supervision of process auditor.

· Create, update and maintain EPDC procedures, formats and audits for shipping aligned with quality standards and customer specifications for Tier and OEM.

· Support in IATF Audit at EPDC.

· Creation and follow up to Quality Alerts.

· Support in customer audits at EPDC.

· Review of compliance with Customer Shipping Guidelines.

· Coordination of sorting with EPDC personnel or Tercerea.

· Coordination of EPDC reworks.

· Response to customer complaints with root causes at EPDC (Generation and leadership of 8D).

· Coordination of material returns, RMAs, and warranties to Stoneridge Juárez Plant and Orlaco Stoneridge Barneveld Plant.

· Receiving RMA in JDE (credit order).

· Coordination of incoming inspection as safe launch of material from Brazil.

· Coordination of repackaging processes such as FSOS or VOLVO for customer shipments.

· Coordination of sorting Orlaco material (Planta Barneveld Stoneridge)

· Creation and follow up to NDP’s.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE

Technical school or College degree preferred or equivalent. Warehouse experience preferred. Computer skills Knowledge of transactions within the El Paso Distribution Center Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
