JOB SUMMARY:
Cumplir con las operaciones asignadas y con los requerimientos solicitados en cantidad y calidad.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Llevar a cabo el estándar y proceso de producción.
- Mantener el lugar de trabajo limpio y en orden
- Revisar y asegurar los puntos de seguridad de la máquina
- Revisar al incio de turno y cuando se realice el cambio de modelo que la maquina opere de manera correcta.
- Cumplir con estándares de producción
- Informar y dar seguimiento a situaciones que se presenten.
- Seguir instrucciones de trabajo
- Reportar fallas en el equipo
- Reportar si no se cuenta con la herramienta adecuada y si no esta en buen estado.
- Avisar al jefe de grupo cuando se tenga que ausentar del area de trabajo.
- Preguntar al jefe inmediato cualquier duda sobre su trabajo .
- Implementar las 6´s.
- Realizar la limpieza y tener un orden en su area de trabajo.
- Verificar el funcionamiento de su estacion de trabajo.
- Mantener las herramientas asignadas en el lugar de trabajo.
- Usar el equipo de protección personal.
