Main objectives and tasks
1. Lead the design & development of pressure sensors: To analysis customer requirements and applications, create design concept, and complete detail technical design with engineering software, including mechanical structure design, electronic design, chip selection, process-parameter definition, and calibration specifications. Completed System FMEA, Product FMEA, Electronics FMEA, and Special Characteristics.
2. Participate in establishing technical standards for pressure sensors; and be responsible for validation test plans.
3. Plan and drive reliability and failure-analysis activities throughout product development and production processes.
4. Responsible for prototype sample development, leading design-verification tests, identifying potential issues, and creating improvement plans.
5. Create and maintain comprehensive design documentations: technical specifications, schematics, drawings, BOMs, etc.
6. Monitor advancements in pressure sensor technology and integrate them into new product designs; explore new materials, manufacturing techniques, or sensor architectures to optimize performance, reduce costs, or add new functionalities.
7. Contribute to intellectual property by inventing, validating, and integrating innovative sensor solutions, including applying for patents for new sensor designs or processes with competitive advantages.
8. Assist supervisors in formulating the roadmap for pressure sensors.
9. Complete other development tasks assigned by the supervisor.

电气或机械类本科及以上学历
Language / Ethnicity : Good oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Desired Experience :
1. Over 5 years of experience in MEMS automotive pressure sensor development, with familiarity in the types, applications, and technical implementation routes of automotive MEMS pressure sensors. 2. Possess completed development experience in 2-3 MEMS pressure sensor projects.
3. Experience in mechanical structure design and sealing design for MEMS pressure sensors, familiar with calibration and related application experience.
4. Experience in MEMS pressure sensor chip selection, familiar with MEMS chip manufacturing processes
5. Familiar with electronic circuit design; ability to debug and analyze analog/digital circuits are preferred.
6. Familiarity with MEMS pressure sensor calibration and test result analysis capabilities is preferred.
7. Understanding basic EMC test items and standards for MEMS pressure sensors, able to define and guide EMC test is preferred.
