Job Title: Revenue Analyst
Location: Remote
FLSA: Exempt
Status: Full-Time
Reports to: Corporate Director of Revenue Management
 

Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000 Yearly

Job Summary: The Revenue Analyst supports the Revenue Management team by assisting with reporting, system setup and maintenance, and the execution of strategic rate and inventory decisions. This role ensures accurate data management and supports the revenue strategy for assigned hotels to optimize performance and profitability.

Essential Functions and Duties:

  • Review transient inventory availability and make adjustments based on daily sell strategies across assigned hotels

  • Monitor and manage room type allocations to align with forecasted demand and maximize revenue opportunity

  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and ad hoc revenue reports to internal stakeholders

  • Assemble and maintain documentation required for weekly revenue strategy meetings

  • Support the setup and maintenance of pricing, restrictions, and system rules in brand platforms and RMS tools

  • Assist with data validation and rate integrity across all connected systems

  • Maintain regular attendance and adhere to assigned work schedules, break, and meal periods in compliance with company standards

  • Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards in accordance with dress code policy

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Corporate Director of Revenue Management or senior leadership

Required Experience, Education, and Skills:

  • Prior experience in hotel revenue management, sales, or reservations support preferred

  • Experience with Marriott and/or Hilton systems highly preferred

  • Familiarity with systems such as Marriott HPP, OneYield, MRDW, CI/TY, RPO, or Hilton OnQ R&I and GRO is a plus

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required, including formulas, pivot tables, and data management

  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly

  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, organization, and follow-through

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach

Work Environment:

  • Some exposure to virtual meetings and cross-functional collaboration across time zones

  • Must be able to sit for extended periods and work at a computer for much of the day

  • May be required to walk short distances within office or hotel property

  • Occasional pushing/pulling or lifting of items up to 25 lbs may be required

  • Must be able to maintain focus while handling detailed tasks with speed and accuracy
