Position Summary

The IT Support Analyst provides responsive, high-quality day-to-day technical support for StoneAge employees across the organization. This role focuses on end-user computing, workstation and account administration, and IT operations support within a Windows-based enterprise environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for onsite and remote employees

• Support Windows 10 and Windows 11 client systems

• Configure, deploy, image, and troubleshoot workstations

• Support Microsoft 365 applications

• Manage user accounts following least-privilege principles

• Assist with basic network and VPN troubleshooting

• Identify and escalate potential security incidents

• Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system

• Assist with IT projects and technology rollouts

 

Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of IT support or helpdesk experience

• Experience supporting Windows and Microsoft 365

• Basic networking and cybersecurity knowledge

• Strong communication and customer service skills

 

Travel Requirements

• Occasional travel (less than 25%)
