  • Contract Maintenance: Ensuring master agreements and service models (CM, design-build, IPD, etc.) are current and aligned with specific program/project requirements.

  • Critical KPI Management: Reporting on schedule and budget adherence across all projects and tracking key metrics as defined in conjunction with our clients including safety, quality, supplier diversity, sustainability, and value engineering initiatives.

Program Support

  • Playbook Development: Establishing and updating process standards, onboarding protocols, and best practices to drive consistency across all projects across all STOBG Business Units and Service Partners.

  • Local Team Support: Providing guidance and tools for on-the-ground project teams to streamline execution and maintain quality standards.

  • After-Action Reviews (AARs): Conducting milestone and close-out reviews on major projects to capture lessons learned and continuously improve delivery practices.

  • Cross-Regional Knowledge Sharing: Promoting best practices across geographies, enabling consistent execution regardless of location.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven track record of building and managing client relationships particularly with Fortune 500 companies

  • Experience delivering construction projects of all sizes. Ideal experience on the client side.

  • Ability to develop and execute long-term strategies for market positioning and client growth. Understanding of budgeting, profitability, and forecasting.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to develop collaborative relationships across the firm, with clients, and with other key stakeholders.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and persuasive storytelling skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple aspects of client and project coordination.
