<p><span>As a <strong>Data Analyst - LiveOps</strong>, you will join our Stillfront Central Product team and play a vital role in fostering data-driven decision-making across our portfolio of games.</span></p><p><span>In this position, your primary focus will be on translating complex data into actionable insights, and reports that directly contribute to business growth. Success will be achieved through close partnership with product teams, central data teams, and game studios.</span></p><h4><span>YOUR MISSION</span></h4><ul><li><p><span>Collaborate with Product Managers to analyze game and monetization data, transforming findings into actionable metrics, insights, and recommendations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Engage with various stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into precise analytical questions and relevant key metrics.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Design and build efficient, well-structured data models to generate scalable metrics, supporting various tools and processes used for data-informed decision-making.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Conduct in-depth exploratory analysis using analytical tools or efficient SQL queries.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Identify significant trends, anomalies, and opportunities by analyzing data across millions of players.</span></p></li></ul><h4><span><strong>YOUR PROFILE</strong></span></h4><ul><li><p><span>3+ years of experience as a Data/Product/BI Analyst, ideally in gaming or product analytics.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Expert in SQL and BI/data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Mixpanel etc.).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Solid understanding of KPIs and data modeling.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical groups.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You have a product mindset, prioritizing business impact over raw data.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience working in a global, cross-functional team setup.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience working with semantic layer tools (e.g. Looker, Hex, Steep) is a plus.</span></p></li></ul><p><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:rgb(0, 0, 0);background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre-wrap;"><br></span><a target="_blank" href="https://www.stillfront.com/en/"><strong>Stillfront Group</strong></a><span> is a global games company founded in 2010.
