About this role

Das ist die Aufgabe

  • HR Business Partner und Sparring für Führungskräfte, u.a. bei Struktur- und Personalentscheidungen
  • Übersetzung der Unternehmens- und HR-Strategie in konkrete HR-Roadmaps sowie aktive Mitwirkung an Organisationsdesign und Change-Vorhaben
  • Beratung und Sparring von Führungskräften in Führungs-, Performance- und Talentthemen, inkl. schwieriger Personalentscheidungen, Nachfolge- und Talentplanung
  • Gestaltung und Verhandlung mitbestimmungspflichtiger organisatorischer Maßnahmen gemäß BetrVG sowie Begleitung personeller Maßnahmen
  • Förderung der Organisationsgesundheit durch Weiterentwicklung effizienter Strukturen, Prozesse und leistungsfähiger Teams
  • Aktive Rolle im gesamten HR-Team bei der Positionierung von HR als professionellen, businessorientierten Partner im Unternehmen

Das wünschen wir uns

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Personalmanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung in einer HR-Funktion, idealerweise als HR-Business Partner oder in einer vergleichbaren unternehmerisch geprägten HR-Funktion
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in Transformations- und Veränderungsprozessen globaler Unternehmen wie z.B. Restrukturierungen, Verlagerungen von Funktionen oder Aufbau von Shared Services
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im deutschen Arbeits- und Mitbestimmungsrecht sowie im Umgang mit Tarifsystemen und AT-Regelungen
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in Organisationsentwicklung, Change-Logik und deren Übersetzung in pragmatische Maßnahmen
  • Hohe Affinität zu Analytics & Tools sowie die Fähigkeit komplexe Themen zu strukturieren und adressengerecht aufzubereiten, auch auf Top-Management Ebene
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz in der Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern über alle Hierarchieebenen hinweg, auch in englischer Sprache
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit Empathie und hohem Gestaltungswillen
