About this role
Als Lead IoT Solution Architect (w/m/d) übernimmst Du eine zentrale Rolle bei der technologischen Weiterentwicklung unserer Connected Products & Services. Du arbeitest mit modernen Cloud‑Technologien wie Azure, Microservices‑Architekturen und Domain Driven Design und entwickelst eine skalierbare, sichere und zukunftsfähige Systemarchitektur für unsere digitale Business Plattform. Dabei bringst Du technische Exzellenz und strategisches Denken zusammen, um ein konsistentes Gesamtsystem zu schaffen, das langfristig Bestand hat.

Das ist die Aufgabe
- Weiterentwicklung und Governance der Architektur unserer digitalen Business Plattform – mit Fokus auf Skalierbarkeit, Sicherheit und Innovation
- Verantwortung für Architekturentscheidungen sowie deren Dokumentation (z. B. ARC42) und Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Entwicklung technischer Leitplanken wie Technology Radar oder Architectural Decision Records und Sicherstellung ihrer Umsetzung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktentwicklung, Fachabteilungen und Informationssicherheit, um ein konsistentes Gesamtsystem sicherzustellen
- Regelmäßige Abstimmungen mit internen Entscheidungsträgern, um die strategische Ausrichtung und Umsetzung der Architekturvorhaben zu gewährleisten
Das wünschen wir uns
- Erfahrung in der Architektur komplexer, verteilter Systeme sowie tiefgehendes Know-how in Cloud-Technologien (insbesondere Azure), Microservices und IoT
- Expertise im Domain Driven Design (DDD) und Erfahrung in der Moderation technischer Diskussionen zwischen Fachbereichen
- Unternehmerisches Denken, Entscheidungsstärke und Innovationsgeist – Du willst nicht nur Lösungen entwickeln, sondern Zukunft gestalten
- Strukturierte, analytische und kreative Arbeitsweise mit Hands-on-Mentalität – Du packst Herausforderungen an und findest pragmatische, zukunftsweisende Lösungen
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch – Du überzeugst Teams und Stakeholder auf allen Ebenen
