Als Fullstack Tech Lead connected (w/m/d) übernimmst Du die technische Verantwortung für eine zentrale Domäne innerhalb unserer STIHL connected Plattform. Du arbeitest mit modernen Cloud‑ und Microservice‑Architekturen, setzt Domain‑Driven‑Design konsequent um und gestaltest eine robuste, skalierbare und sichere Systemlandschaft. Dabei bringst Du technologische Exzellenz und strategisches Denken zusammen, um eine zukunftsfähige Architektur zu entwickeln, die unsere digitalen Produkte und Services nachhaltig stärkt.

Das ist die Aufgabe
- Technische Verantwortung für eine fachliche Domäne innerhalb STIHL connected
- Weiterentwicklung der Domäne auf Basis von Domain‑Driven‑Design, klar abgegrenzten Bounded Contexts und einem Event‑Driven‑Architecture‑Ansatz
- Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Architekturentscheidungen unter Einhaltung der übergeordneten connected Architektur Guidelines
- Berücksichtigung nicht‑funktionaler Anforderungen wie Security, Performance, Privacy und Observability
- Moderation technischer Diskussionen und Entwicklung tragfähiger Lösungskonzepte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Stakeholdern
- Sicherstellung hoher Codequalität durch Testautomatisierung, Clean Architecture, statische Codeanalyse und Security‑by‑Design
Das wünschen wir uns
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der agilen Fullstack‑Softwareentwicklung und im Lösungsdesign mit Azure und Microservice‑Architekturen, idealerweise im IoT‑Umfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in TypeScript, Node.js, Microservices sowie modernen Frontend‑Technologien (z. B. React oder Flutter)
- Erfahrung mit CI/CD, Container‑Technologien wie Docker und Kubernetes sowie Testautomatisierung
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Stark ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken bei der Erarbeitung und Umsetzung technischer Lösungskonzepte
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
