The Job

To develop and maintain an accurate, externally aligned planning that maximize business opportunities by creating customer-focused plans for current and future seasons, ensuring alignment across sales, demand, and operational execution.

Your Mission

1.    Customer Planning & Forecasting

  • Create and maintain customer forecasts for the current season plus three future seasons.
  • Ensure plans are aligned with brand strategies.

2.    Performance Measurement

  • Monitor and report on key planning measures such as turnover value.
  • Track KPI’s such as stock rotation and forecast accuracy.

3.    Data Analysis & Insights

  • Utilize historical trends and sell-through data to inform planning decisions.
  • Analyse customer expectations to optimize allocations.

4.    Planning Execution

  • Develop budgets, sales plans, demand planning, and short-term operational logistics.
  • Apply planning logic at customer level (algorithm, OTB, etc) to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

5.    Collaboration & Alignment

  • Work closely with Sales teams for offering and assortment planning.
  • Connect with the planning team of the customers through regular calls for alignment.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain for efficient operational execution.

6.    Scope & Delivery

  • Focus on top 25 customers to achieve planning goals across FOB, warehouse, and shopfloor levels.
  • Manage delivery splits by order type and plant.

7.    Tools & Reporting

  • Use Excel for planning and ensure timely updates to the supply chain cube.
  • Provide monthly updates and maintain planning accuracy across multiple levels.

Your Talent

  • Advanced Excel and analytical tools; 
  • Strong understanding of forecasting and planning methodologies; 
  • Ability to interpret complex data and translate into actionable plans; 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Bachelor in business studies or equivalent;
  • 3–5 years of experience in Retail (preferred);
  • Background in planning, forecasting, or supply chain is a plus;
  • English on proficiency level (spoken and written); 
  • Analytical, result oriented, commercial.

This role is based in Den Bosch, the Netherlands. Working remotely from other countries is not possible.
