General Summary: This position supports the Production Manager in all services necessary for the basic operation.
Major Responsibilities: include the following.
- Enter all Factory PO’s, update all changes to WIPs in multiple systems to ensure accurate reporting data & smooth receipt of WIP into inventory.
- Troubleshoot factory delays, shipping, and delivery issues.
- Style creation.
- Ensure all sales tools are updated and accurate.
- Special projects as required.
- Other duties may be assigned.

- Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment. This is driven by the ability to effectively prioritize tasks based upon the degree of urgency.

Education, Licenses, Certificates, Registrations and/or Experience:
- High school Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-2 years experience in related field.

What you'll do
- This role supports the Production Manager by handling essential operational services, including entering all Factory Purchase Orders and updating Work In Progress data across multiple systems for accurate reporting. The assistant will also troubleshoot factory delays, shipping, and delivery issues, create styles, and ensure sales tools are current.
