<p><span><strong>Number of openings: 2 Fulltime, Year Round</strong></span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span><strong>Location: A Line – Olds Station Plant</strong></span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span><strong>Working Shift: Night Shift</strong></span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span><strong>Hours & Work Days: 4:00 pm – 12:30 am, Monday - Friday; May vary depending on production.</strong></span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span> <strong>This position will require a pre-employment drug test.</strong></span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span><strong>Summary: </strong>This position will provide assistance in various positions.Lead rolls, Backup.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span> <strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>· Experience with reading pack schedules.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>· Must be flexible with working schedule.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>· Must also have good communication skills.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>· Must have the ability to work with little or no supervision. </span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>· Must also be able to understand running orders, fruit sizes, grades and variety.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>· Must have the ability to read in English.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>· Basic computer skills.</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Must have the ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Must be able stand 8 to 10 hours daily.</span></p></li></ul><p style="text-align:justify;"><span> </span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span><strong>Duties:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Monitor the label and tray denester machines, keeping them constantly supplied</span></p></li><li><p><span>Clean and refill label cassettes</span></p></li><li><p><span>Operate an air hose to clean the tray denester machines</span></p></li><li><p><span>Supply packers and stampers with supplies</span></p></li><li><p><span>Empty cull boxes</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain a clean and organized work area</span></p></li><li><p><span>Occasionally supply box machine operator with boxes</span></p></li></ul><p><span>· Ensure that packers always have the supplies needed to pack product.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>· In charge of putting supplies away. </span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>· Responsible for keeping the tape machines loaded at all times.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>· Must communicate very well and be ready for size changes.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>· Dusting and general cleaning to the machine is required.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>· Other duties may be assigned.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span> </span></p><p><span>A <strong>World Famous!</strong> benefits package that includes: </span></p><ul><li><p><span>Medical/Dental/Vision insurance </span></p></li><li><p><span>Long-term Disability insurance </span></p></li><li><p><span>FSA </span></p></li><li><p><span>Life insurance</span></p></li><li><p><span>401(k) with up to 4% employer contributions</span></p></li><li><p><span>Paid holidays (7)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Paid-time-off - days will accrue as outlined in employment handbook</span></p></li></ul><div><p><span><strong> </strong></span></p></div>
