About this role
Support to identify and control the safety aspects in Toluca Complex and also to support the activities related to the Safety domain. Training of Technical Safety in the implementation of the different steps of the Methodology of the Safety Domain in the plant, work with the Safety
Management to ensure the compliance of the different procedures and the correct application through the use of means of Regulation, STPS, OSHAS, SMI's, OPL, SMP, ISO 45001 in order to achieve Zero Injuries.
Strategic
- Perform incident investigation, risk analysis, machinery & equipment safety buy off, supplier and contractor control
- Safety Management System responsible of implementation (OHSAS 18001 & ISO 45001)
Operational
- Reporting & analysis of the Key performance indicators (LTIR, TRIR) to identify opportunities to improve to reduce the incidents.
- Responsible of legal compliance of the plant, Safety procedures & permits required by STPS, IMSS, SSA.
- Develop and support projects about incident reduction, risk reduction and cost reduction for PPE.
Resource Management
- Responsible of the technical safety training program & safety awareness.
- Support & coordination with medical service operation.
8 years' experience in Industrial Automotive
Responsible to ensure compliance with the legal and corporate requirements, as well as what is established within the internal standards of the Toluca Complex based on the management systems: Health and Safety.
Incident investigation, countermeasures
Safety studies according with the Mexican regulation.
