Our Mechanicsburg Home and Garden is hiring part time, seasonal Cashier team members. This position requires flexible availability, 3pm-7pm, Monday- Sunday.

Responsibilities
Our goal is to provide an exceptional shopping experience to our customers by greeting with a smile and thanking them.
Essential job functions include (but not limited to):
- Collects cash, check, or charge payments from customers and makes change for cash transactions
- Provide exceptional service to customers
- Stock sales floor
- Set and sign displays
- Assists in opening and/or closing the department
- Assist with keeping department clean, well organized and well supplied
- Other duties may be assigned based on company/department need

Qualifications
• The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions.
• The employee must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations such as adding and subtracting using multiple digit numbers & units of weight and/or American currency.

What you'll do
- The primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional shopping experience by greeting customers and processing transactions. Additional tasks include stocking the sales floor and maintaining a clean and organized department.
