This role is critical for us to succeed as an approachable, luxury destination offering best-in-class hospitality and exciting amenities for all. In addition, you are empowered to create memorable experiences for our guests.

While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be:

• Working in conjunction with captain and food server to exceed guest standards.

• Ensuring cleanliness of the tables and maintain their overall appearance. Responsible for pre-bussing and table maintenance at all times, including but not limited to dinner plates, flatware, beverage glasses, coffee mugs, and dessert dishes.

• Responsible for prompt clear and reset of tables after each guest.

• Inspecting entire floor area, ensure that it is clean and side stations are well-stocked.

In a perfect world, we would also like you to come with:

• Previous experience as a Bus Person in full service dining room preferred. 

• Ability to lift and carry full trays/bus trays. 

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management in both written and verbal form.

• Ability to obtain all necessary work cards.
