Description:


Welcome Guests upon arrival. Perform all check-in and checkout functions. Accept, sort and distribute all messages for Guests. Produce, generate, and distribute reports. Post charges to Guests' accounts. Respond to Guests' special needs.

 
Qualifications:

 

1-2 years customer service or reception experience preferred.  Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management. Be able to answer phones quickly, courteously and in a professional manner. Ensure that Guests' business is kept confidential. Be able to operate computerized front office system.
