Ensuring these platforms remain stable and performant is essential for client trust and operational excellence. A dedicated Product Manager for Observability will define the strategy for proactive monitoring, predictive analytics, and automated remediation using Dynatrace and Davis AI, enabling faster incident resolution, reducing downtime, and improving client experience. This role aligns with State Street’s mission to innovate and maintain leadership in financial services technology by integrating advanced observability practices into cloud-based solutions, safeguarding critical business processes and supporting the firm’s global scale
