- Prepares systems documentation as needed.

High level of proficiency in the required programming language.
Core/Must have skills: COBOL, DB2, JCL , PL/1, CICS, VSAM
Highly Desirable skills: RTC, OPC, MQ, REXX

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
- Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Mentor the team members, ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
- Adapt to multiple priorities and learn new technologies quickly.
