What you will be responsible for:

As Associate 2 you will:

• Ensure compliance with CMS requirements, including daily and weekly reconciliations for cash, stock, and income.

• Identify and analyze failed or unmatched trades, determine root causes, and initiate resolution processes.

• Gather, validate, and record data from internal systems.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate timely issue resolution.

• Monitor cash flows, SWIFT messages, and faxes; follow up with relevant teams as needed.

• Review and address client queries related to custody and accounting matters.

• Conduct problem analysis, gather relevant data, and provide conclusive recommendations.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in Finance or a related discipline.

• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in reconciliation, custody, accounting, or trade & settlements.

• Solid understanding and exposure to capital markets.

Additional requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• In-depth knowledge of settlements, reconciliation, fund accounting, and capital markets.

• Familiarity with SICAV funds and associated accounting processes.

• Advanced knowledge of settlement-specific processes for securities and cash.

• Strong time management skills with the ability to reprioritize tasks effectively.
