To date, over 7 million people have tried their hand, and over 550 million darts have been thrown.   Position Purpose: Bartenders are responsible for delivering each guest a unique high-quality experience with passion and knowledge in an energetic atmosphere. They ensure accurate orders of food and beverage are received and delivered properly while being readily available throughout the experience. Bartenders provide a practical role of ensuring our guests have an excellent time and want for nothing is a vital aspect of our service performance. Our emphasis on product knowledge is essential to deliver an experience above the ordinary. Together our team members work to create an atmosphere of fun in a positive culture of teamwork and hard work. We expect nothing short of greatness and know personality sets us apart to make you the ringleader of your show each shift.   Responsibilities: Report for all scheduled shifts punctually in proper attire to proper health and hygiene standards Execute all cocktails to the provided recipes ensuring consistency of our beverages to guests Accurately ring in all food, beverage, gaming, and event charges into the POS Follow proper service standards timely and efficiently to every guest Receive, deliver, and replenish all food/beverage to guests Maintain bar cleanliness, pre bussing, and proper guest eye view of the bar Generate accurate daily cash reports, proper sales report, and daily tips received Learn and maintain knowledge of food, beverage, and gaming equipment Build a rapport with guests, creating repeat business, and sales building Complete opening, closing, and running duties as assigned each shift Attend training sessions and team meetings as required per department Comply with the Company’s rules and procedures along with any reasonable requests made from management during a shift Follow all health and safety guidelines maintaining to proper procedures and reporting to management any hazardous situation or incident   Our Leadership Principles Are: Listen to the Customer both external customers and internal customers Own the Problem, doing your best to solve the problem and seek help from others.
