Are you ready to turn enterprise platforms into engines of innovation? We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Manager 2 to lead the implementation, adoption, and advancement of enterprise platforms and data services. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring platforms are secure, reliable, and actively enable innovation, analytics, and mission-critical outcomes across the organization.
About the Job – Your Role
This role is accountable for defining and executing the agency’s enterprise platforms and data services strategy, ensuring technology investments directly advance mission outcomes, operational efficiency, and long-term modernization.
Specifically, the IT Manager 2 will:
Set platform strategy and roadmap
Lead modernization and platform evolution
Ensure adoption and value realization
Enable data-driven decision-making
Govern platforms, vendors and contracts
Drive Leadership & Team Excellence
This position is management services and may be eligible for Police & Fire (P&F) benefits through Public Employees Retirement System (PERS), as defined by statute.
*Note: Effective Feb. 1, 2026, the compensation plan for this position will be increased to reflect a Cost-of-Living Adjustment (COLA) of 2.5%. The salary listed in this posting does not reflect the COLA.

Six years of supervision, management, or progressively related experience;
OR

The successful candidate for this position must pass a Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) fingerprint-based background check and maintain CJIS eligibility. Due to CJIS requirements related to system access, there may be some felony convictions that could disqualify you for this position.
