Job Description
As an IT Operations Analyst with OMES you will enjoy:

Job Details
Full-time 40-hour work weeks
Working hours are 3:30pm – 12:30am
Supports the Information Services Division.
Salary is based on education and experience.
Responsibilities
Monitor dashboard pages, Teams channels, email for down devices and incidents
Create, update, and close tickets as needed to support the incident process
Work with Service Desk and other Infrastructure groups to provide timely resolution to incidents in a collaborative manner
Fulfill requests while providing quality, timely and courteous customer support
Research and recommend changes and enhancements to current monitoring system(s)
Create, update, and maintain documentation related to monitoring processes, updates, changes, and daily operations
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Participate in daily status and change management meetings
Provide after-hours support as necessary
Participate as a team member
Physical Demands and Work Environment
This position works in a comfortable office setting with a computer for a large percentage of the work day. The noise level in the work environment is usually mild. This position may require standing, bending, crouching, pushing, pulling, lifting, moving and carrying up to 25/50 pounds and climbing ladders/stairs. Occasional travel may be required.
Minimum Qualifications
60 semester hours toward an information technology degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of experience in a related field for each year of the required education.
Preference will be given to candidates who possess
Knowledge of Monitoring processes
Skills in Observation and Troubleshooting
Ability to effectively communicate and document
