This is a highly visible, customer-facing role responsible for enterprise-level business analysis, project and program management, and project oversight serving internal teams within the Florida Digital Service and external entities across the State of Florida Enterprise. Duties include but are not limited to performing oversight of Technology projects that meet requirements defined in Florida Statute, directly managing internal projects, and driving Florida’s digital transformation by effectively facilitating the delivery of solutions and services designed to further the mission of FL[DS] and meet customer needs in the areas of cybersecurity, data interoperability, and technology project management. The ideal candidate for this position can engage with and capture customer needs in a manner that facilitates identification and delivery of a solution, embodies servant leadership, is highly organized, adaptable, curious, detail-oriented, strategically motivated, an active listener with strong interpersonal and facilitation skills, and takes ownership of their work.
