POSITION SUMMARY:

The HR Intern will perform various administrative tasks in support of the HR department. They update employee databases, gather payroll data and assist in preparing HR-related reports. Additionally, address employee inquiries, distribute company policies, and participate in organizing company events. This role provides valuable hands-on experience in HR processes, allowing interns to gain a comprehensive understanding of HR functions and contribute to the smooth operation of the department.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting co-workers with HR-related queries
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws
  • Updating employee databases
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed
  • Participate in organizing company events

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s in human resources management or similar field
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws
