State Farm seeks an Experienced AI Software Engineer to advance digital insurance through generative AI solutions that create trusted, intelligent experiences. This role focuses on accelerating customer acquisition, building loyalty, and maintaining State Farm's position in the evolving AI ecosystem through strategic B2B integrations and emerging technology experimentation.  In this role you will:
 
- Design, build, manage and implement GenAI solutions
- Design, build, and manage Agent-to-Agent and MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers
- Integrate AI solutions into existing production systems
- Partner with data scientists, product managers, and cross-functional teams
- Stay current with AI research and emerging technologies
- Contribute to strategic AI initiatives and roadmap development
- Utilize AWS Bedrock and similar technologies
- Terrafrom, Python and Java development

Ideal candidates will have the following skill sets to be competitive for the role
   - 3+ years’ experience with Python
   - Hands-on experience with GenAI technologies (e.g., AWS Bedrock).
   - Ability to design, build, and integrate AI solutions into production systems.

• Potential starting salary range: $90,000 - $120,000
• Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience
• High end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience
• Potential yearly incentive pay up to 10% of base salary
