This position is responsible for extending a warm greeting and gracious farewell to residents by opening doors, calling for cabs or car service and assisting as necessary. Handle multiple tasks at once with confidence, positivity and professionalism. This position is the gateway to resident’s luxury home environment into Manhattan and represent the first and last impression of the resident’s experience.

• Luxury Hotel and Residential building is highly preferred.

• Ability to read, comprehend and interpret documents/instructions, correspondence and memos.

• Ability to communicate professionally in English, verbal and written Second language proficiency strongly preferred.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently is required to stand for extended period.

• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

• Ability to interact, understand resident inquiries and provide responses.

• Ability to work varying schedules including weekends, holidays, evening and overnight shifts to accommodate business demands.

• Ability to perform assignments with minimal supervision.

• The employee must be able lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
