Qualifications

  • Background in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience

  • Strong practical skills: assembly, wiring, sensors, troubleshooting

  • Comfortable working in workshop/test environments with fast iteration cycles

  • Experience with robotics, UAVs, machinery, or similar hardware is a plus

  • Structured, reliable, and comfortable with ownership

  • Native Swedish laguage skills are a must have

  • Eligible to work in Sweden and meet security requirements

Your mission

You will support the build, integration, and testing of core subsystems for our unmanned platforms. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who can move fast, diagnose issues, and improve the system with every iteration.


Responsibilities

  • Build and integrate mechanical and mechatronic components

  • Support subsystem and system-level tests; identify and resolve issues quickly

  • Troubleshoot across mechanical and basic electrical domains

  • Read drawings and schematics and execute work to spec

  • Document work, findings, and deviations clearly

  • Work closely with Mechanical, Electrical, and Test Engineering to keep hardware moving

  • Improve build procedures, tools, and methods as we scale
